The Gender Minorities (GMiP) group at the University of Texas is an organization dedicated to making physics a more inclusive field for gender minorities and underrepresented people. Our meetings focus on highlighting gender minority individuals in the field, creating a safe and healthy community for physics students, gender minority or not, who care about equity in physics, as well as giving students the tools necessary to succeed in and outside of college.
